Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed, these Terms and Conditions and their enforcement are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflicts of law, and shall inure to the benefit of AGL's successors and assigns, whether by merger, consolidation, or otherwise. The courts of Ireland shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings that may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement and for such purposes irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts

Severability
If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Cooperation with Public Authorities
AGL will cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law. AGL will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity regarding the use of the website when requested.

Miscellaneous Provisions
AGL reserves the right to change or modify any provision of the Terms and Conditions without any prior notification to any user. The user is strongly advised to check the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Headings and numbers of the Terms and Conditions are for reference purposes only and have nothing to do with the scope and interpretation of the meaning of any provision of the Terms and Conditions. Any provision or part thereof found to be invalid, illegal, and void by a competent authority shall be severed from the Terms and Conditions without any effect on the remainder provisions of the same.
